These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase products from AC TOYZ through our online store at www.actoyz.uk.

Please read these terms before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

We aim to describe and display our products accurately.

Product colours, packaging and appearance may vary slightly from photographs because of differences in displays, manufacturing or packaging.

Some products may be sold as blind boxes, assorted designs, colours or variations. Where this applies, it will be explained in the product description.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example if:

• a product is unavailable;

• there is an obvious pricing or listing error;

• payment cannot be authorised;

• we cannot fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the appropriate amount.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).

The total price of your order, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment is taken using the payment methods available at checkout.

We will not increase the price of products after your order has been accepted.

5. Delivery

AC TOYZ currently delivers within the United Kingdom.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state that a particular date is guaranteed.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

7. Pre-Orders

Some products may be available for pre-order.

Any expected release, arrival or dispatch date shown for a pre-order is an estimate unless we expressly state otherwise.

Pre-orders are paid for in full unless stated otherwise.

8. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including your delivery address and contact details.

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase and contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Products supplied by AC TOYZ must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable.

Nothing in these terms removes any rights you may have to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.
